Good/Bad bit Photos
on the left is 8 bit, and on the right is 16 bit
Notice the 8 bit has some type of lines and you can see the colors difference. While the 16 bit is all smooth. This is cause by playing around with the Levels. Putting the Input levels closer and save, then go back on and put the Output levels close together too, and then saved. then for the 8 bit you get weird lines and the 16 bit is still smooth.
Double Exposure
Example
This is me. I’ve taken the photo of the trees by my house for my hair. And I got the galaxy from the internet. which i used layer masks, and turning the photo of me into screen.
Channels and Masks
In this project, the goal is to remove the background. By using channels, masks, and adjusting levels. And in the end we add a different background.
Custom Brushes
My cat Ibby
In this project, we made our own custom brushes, and then used those brushes to make original art. We also used path on the pen tool to outline Ibby.
Coloring Black and White Photos
Example
The Twilight Zone
(left is colored, right is original) We trace out the part we want with the quick selection tool. Then we used color balance to give this old photos some life by messing around with colors.
HDR Photography
photo 1
photo 2
Using a HDR camera we capture low and high exposure photos. Then putting the photo into adobe lightroom, then merge the two photos and put into photoshop, mess around there, and then back to lightroom. While in lightroom we can able to adjust to exposure, contrast, and color to make it look better and vibrant.
